Jack and his wife, Jennifer and their daughter, Martha live in the country on Lake Texoma north of Whitesboro, Texas. Being a long term member of the community and surrounding area has helped Jack become a well-known and respected figure.

He is recognized not only for his exceptional standards and daily diligence to the business, but also for his ongoing interaction with the communities and developments throughout North Central Texas.

Jack Steed Homes is Not a tract-home “cookie-cutter” builder. Every home Jack builds is unique and specifically for his clients and No two are alike! Jack does Not have “stock plans” or “stock materials” and there are no sales job attempts to herd a client into a direction that makes a builder’s job easier. Additionally and importantly, Jack is a ‘one-man show’ who directs every step of the entire process all the way from plans and financing to ALL SITE SUPERVISION and finally to finish out and completion.

As a result of his combined skills, experience and family heritage in the building business, Jack has taken custom home building to new heights in the North Central Texas area.
